(968?) Vanderburg Street - Miller, Indiana
This was my Dad’s lake house before he married my mom.   After they got married they moved out of the West End house and moved to Miller to save money.   My dad commuted to Chicago on the train every day.  My sister was born here.
My best friend lived beneath our house, down the hill and he had a pet raccoon.  Miller was a kid’s dream because of all of the sand dunes and lizards but my mom was tired of finding sand everywhere and being in exile in Indiana.
