Me, Pete and Rich rented a farmhouse mansion.   It had a swimming quarry and lots of land all around the house.   We were surrouned by cornfields and cats.
It was a great party house and we were all very proud of our place.
It had oil heat and several times we ran out of oil and it was usually in the winter.  We would freeze for a couple of days until the oil truck could come out and refill the tank.
