This was a great little townhouse. It had a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a nice living room. I was very happy living there but I left when Debbie and I got our own place. It wasn’t big enough for two.
There was a winding metal staircase that went out the back door. One night I was going to have a party in my place. I realized that I needed something so I ran out the back and up the alley toward North Avenue to the Walgreens. All of a sudden I was pounced on by the police. There had been a burglary in the neighborhood and they thought I was running away. I was saved by my shoes. The footprint in the snow outside the broken window didn’t look like my size twelves.
