This guy built his house up on an mountain peak high up in the clouds. He spent much of his time drinking beer and watching the stars through his telescope.
One day he decended from his mountaintop home and met a girl. He liked her a lot and spent a lot of time with her, giving up his beer drinking and star gazing.
One day he decided to invite her up to his cloudbank in the sky. He really didn’t have a place for her to enjoy a nice dinner so he built a small porch hanging off the side of his house. He used whatever wood he could find and he even used his old tobaggan and an old peach crate.
He brought up a small table and a nice chair for her.
For drinks he made her a martini with an olive in a real martini glass with a toothpick. He also found an old milk canister that he used as a centerpiece and he put some pretty weeds in it. He went all out for her.
He finished making the chili and he was working on the corned beef hash when she finally made the long climb up the mountain. She saw her chair hanging over the precipice and realized that a relationship with this man was not going to be safe. She left him a note on the door to say goodbye and she carefully worked her way back down the mountain.
He finally found the note and he went back into his house to enjoy his chili. He drank his beer, drank her martini and ate her olive. He went back to the roof and continued to watch the stars.
